PLEASE MAKE THE CORRECT CHOICE! Make sure you make the correct content capacity choice when ordering your Lower Section as returns are a waste of time and money. If in doubt of the capacity you require, then consider ordering X two Lower sections as all three Small, Medium & Large Lowers can be swapped out in around 10 seconds.

ALL THE AEROCLAM HALVES ARE DESIGNED TO INTERCHANGE; All three Lowers, Small, Medium and Large swap out in 10 seconds. The Latch is also replaceable and will also soon be available on Amazon FBA. Of course you can load whatever you wish into the lower sections but you MUST take up any unwanted space with; Rolled Lunchwrap, bubblewrap, latex gloves or cloth to prevent content rattle. Slight content compression is the key to silent operation.

THE RUBBER LATCH is very durable and UV resistant. It’s also incredibly secure as it has to be slid over the plastic buttons of the top section with a little effort. The latch will never come undone, even in the most extreme conditions. The latch is also an excellent weather protector stopping water and road grime being thrown up off the rear wheel and being forced between the Aeroclam halves. The top and bottom halves have a weather step to prevent water entering the Aeroclam.

MAINTENANCE; If the latch ever becomes tight and difficult to slide over the plastic buttons, then smear some cooking oil, detergent or Vasoline over the buttons and this will have the latch snap closed easily. Do not wrench or twist the Aeroclam halved trying to separate as the hinge that hinges the halves together may be damaged.
